Robert Roberts LLC is the general contractor for the EPB project, which entails constructing a modern 160,000 square-foot facility with a $20 million investment aimed at enhancing employee efficiency, productivity, and well-being. We are currently in the process of a design/build project with Robert Roberts to build a 160,000 sqft Operations Center. Through the design process, Robert and his architects made many suggestions that saved the overall project over 1 million dollars and in the end, will provide EPB with an efficient, top notch operations facility. I would confidently recommend Robert Roberts and his team for anyone that is looking for a GC that is flexible, down to earth, and in general wanting to do a good job.
