Primary Healthcare

At Robert Roberts LLC General Contracting, we had the pleasure of completing a renovation project for Primary Healthcare that spanned approximately 14716 square feet. This two-story renovation involved installing an elevator and creating numerous exam rooms and break rooms for the facility. We also ensured that the renovated space was fully wheelchair accessible, including the bathrooms, to ensure that patients of all abilities could access the medical services provided. Additionally, we designed and built triage rooms, labs, a pharmacy, offices, x-ray rooms, a nurse’s station, and vaccine and storage rooms to ensure that Primary Healthcare had everything they needed to operate efficiently and effectively. Overall, we are proud of the work we accomplished for Primary Healthcare and are honored to have contributed to the betterment of their patients’ lives.


As the main contractor for the renovation project for BIG I DESIGN, we at Robert Roberts LLC had the opportunity to transform approximately 10107 square feet of space into a more functional and efficient workplace. One of the major goals of the project was to create additional storage and packaging areas, which was achieved by utilizing the available space to its fullest potential. In addition to this, we also dedicated an area for employees to take breaks and relax, creating a more comfortable and pleasant work environment. Business areas were also established, which are designed to help employees focus and be more productive. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the results of the project and believe that we have created a space that will help BIG I DESIGN achieve all of their goals and objectives.

CEMPA Dental

Robert Roberts LLC had the pleasure of renovating the interior space of CEMPA Dental. Across approximately 2,250 square feet, the renovation included the creation of multiple exam rooms, all designed to promote patient comfort and safety while also prioritizing the needs of the dental staff. Additionally, the project included the installation of a spacious break room and updated bathroom facilities, ensuring that the CEMPA Dental team had what they needed to work efficiently and stay comfortable throughout long shifts. Of course, no dental office is complete without a welcoming and professional reception area, so the renovation also included updates to this key front-of-house space. Overall, Robert Roberts LLC General Contracting was excited to bring the vision of CEMPA Dental to life, providing the dental office with the space it deserved to carry out its vital work.

EPB Garage

The EPB Garage project aimed to build out the Broad Street Tenant Space to house the infrastructure and equipment for the EPB Quantum Network powered by Qubitekk. The build-out process included designing and planning, modifying the space to meet network requirements, installing specific components like photonic qubit sources and fiber optic switches, establishing network connectivity, conducting testing and configuration, ensuring quality and compliance, and finally, handing over the space for operational use. The details varied based on project needs, and EPB and Qubitekk provided specific guidelines for the build-out.

Metropolitain Ministries

This project has been the most satisfying! This 9,857 sq ft building has come a long way. The entire building was completely gutted and remodeled to include a lobby, offices, restrooms, exam rooms, and a reception area! For nearly four decades, individuals and families with nowhere left to turn have turned to MetMin for immediate help and a more certain hope for the future. MetMin stops homelessness before it starts and provides recovery services for those who’ve already fallen into homelessness. We are so excited to have been a part of the journey of Metropolitan Ministries!

Emmanuel Praise Temple

Emmanuel Praise Temple, a 3,625 square-foot space was completed in the summer of 2022. This project consisted of extensive interior renovations, including a total revamp of the worship space as well as an addition to serve as a new main entry point.

Robert Roberts LLC worked with church leaders to best honor and complement the unique, existing architectural style (check out that beautiful Carpet!) and we love the way it turned out.

Closet Solutions

Robert Roberts, LLC was honored to be a part of this renovation on a 2,800 square-foot space consisting of a mixture of private rooms, open workspaces, garages, kitchens, and closet displays. During construction, we installed special lighting, floating crown molding and polished concrete floors.

Studio 6

The Studio 6 project consisted of a complete finish build-out of a 2,618 square foot space within the existing hotel. This consisted of 6 new rooms and an interior corridor.

Robert Roberts LLC and team coordinated with the Architect and the hotel to deliver a finished product to the hotel and future guest to be proud of and enjoy for years to come.

Hamilton County Juvenile Court Renovations

The Hamilton County Juvenile Court project consisted of a complete renovation of the County Clerk’s Office. The staff had need for a more functional office space to enhance the workflow in their busy work environment.

Robert Roberts LLC was quick to get started in the demolition of the existing interior, gutting the building down to the bare walls. The office received complete new finishes throughout including flooring, fresh paint, new ceilings, new lighting, new cabinetry and plumbing fixtures in breakroom as well as a revamped reception area modernized to accommodate the clients more efficiently.

Abba's House Preschool

This 7,000-square-foot remodel included increasing the size of several classrooms and resource rooms by the removal of partitions to expand the room sizes. All of the restrooms were expanded. The preschool boasts new finishes throughout including flooring, fresh paint, new ceilings, energy efficient LED lighting, millwork and plumbing fixtures.

We also added some unique touches to the project like converting an old uncovered courtyard into an indoor playground with state-of-the-art resilient playground flooring and large activity and play rooms that we outfitted with new playground equipment.

Cleveland Utilities Electric Division Office Renovation

Robert Roberts is honored to take part in the growth of Cleveland Utilities and appreciates the opportunity to construct their complete office renovation including millwork and cabinetry, solid surface countertops, new Lexan panels separating employees from customers, new carpet tiles, and minor electrical modifications.

Ooltewah Veterinary Hospital

Robert Roberts LLC is proud to have helped bring a much needed animal hospital to the Ooltewah area. After searching many locations, Dr. Micah Woods DVM chose 5243 Little Debbie Parkway, Suite 103 to be the new home of his custom-designed surgery and veterinary hospital.

This renovation to the interior included a waiting reception area, overnight boarding room, grooming stations, full surgery suite, pharmacy, and X-ray room as well as multiple individual exam rooms.

Hamilton County Emergency Center Renovation

Part of our local Emergency Services Emergency Action Plan is to have built in redundancy to critical services. One of the most important aspects of this is Emergency Communications. That’s why Robert Roberts LLC was very proud to be part of a total renovation of the 911 Emergency Communications Back-up Center.

The renovation included remediation of a failing foundation, a reconfiguration of several offices, and new interior finishes, electronics and communication devices.

CADAS First Floor Renovation

The project consisted of completely gutting approximately 11,000 square feet of an older wood framed structure, which was constructed and subsequently renovated several times over its 70+ years of existence. The existing plaster ceilings and multiple building additions, some of which we discovered during demolition, made it especially difficult. Nonetheless, we installed a completely new structural frame, and a completely new foundation, all while the second floor remained occupied.

The renovated area remained in service until construction began so structural engineering had to be done in real time in coordination with BACE Structural as demolition progressed. Due to the close relationships with our design partners at Rardin and Carroll Architects we were able to work seamlessly through many unforeseen conditions.

The end result is a beautiful new 24-bed detoxification wing that will help to combat the scourge of alcoholism and drug addiction in our community. We are so proud to have been able to contribute to the great work CADAS does to transform lives and bring recovery to thousands of people all throughout our region.

Urban Story Ventures Remodel

In July 2017, Urban Story Ventures moved to office to the second floor of the Dome Building Annex in downtown Chattanooga. This historic structure provided us with some interesting opportunities for unique design elements like the unveiling of beautiful wood columns previously covered with framing and drywall.

The ability to adjust to the challenges presented with this complete renovation of a historic building was integral to the overall success of the project.

We worked hand-in-hand with the owner to develop the finishes and focal points of the space including focal walls, tiled floors, custom cabinetry, wood trim and tiled floors. The new offices, conference room, reception and waiting area, and full kitchen create an office experience both resplendent and inviting.

Holiday Inn Express East Ridge

East Ridge’s Holiday Inn Express common area renovation includes, the front desk, breakfast area, meeting room, pool, fitness room and 1st floor public restrooms. Demolition of an existing breakfast dining area and an office created an open breakfast area and lobby.

The additional space from the office demolition allowed room to install a market area and computer work station. New finishes include energy efficient LED lighting throughout, wood ceiling panels, millwork, floor tile, carpet, wall coverings, paint and ceiling finishes.

Davis, Kessler & Davis

We began the renovation and build out of this existing structure in June 2016. The exterior renovation included slope stabilization, site demolition with new sidewalks, city street scape, barn wood trimming, new storefront windows and doors, and new overlay of asphalt.

The interior of elements of the 14,167-square-foot building included a completely new layout with finishing all walls with barn wood and specialty millwork as well as a new HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical work.

The project was completed on schedule in May 2017.

La Quinta Inn & Suites - Hamilton Place Renovation

The Country Inns & Suites began its renovation into the La Quinta Inn & Suites in early 2017. After a series of issues with the original contractor during the first few months, La Quinta enlisted Robert Roberts LLC to pickup the pieces of the project and see it through to completion.

Our team hit the ground running, providing the owners with a management team that worked diligently to get this renovation back to a schedule with focus. This included: material management, procurement savings, labor management, & subcontractor engagement daily

With a focused attention to detail and clear organization, we got the job back on track and revealed the final renovation in October 2017.

Fort Oglethorpe Recreation Center

The Fort Oglethorpe Recreation Center sits right outside the historic Chickamauga Battlefield and right down the street from the Fort Oglethorpe polo fields.

The Recreation Center began in a vacant 10,500-square-foot machine shop, which we renovated and added another 1,500 square feet of activity space. The new facility consists of a basketball court, volleyball court, batting cages, concessions and office space.

Results Physiotherapy Buildout

We are proud to have partnered with Results Physiotherapy to bring a brand new office to East Ridge. Results has a number of locations throughout the Chattanooga area and we have been privileged to work with them on several of their offices. This newest location is in the fast growing area just outside the entrance to Camp Jordan at 627 Camp Jordan Parkway suite 107. We are happy to have been able to provide another project on time and under budget for another satisfied client.
