Hixson Presbyterian Church

We are pleased to announce the completion of the new addition for Hixson Presbyterian, a project undertaken by Robert Roberts LLC. The addition includes additional classrooms to accommodate the growing needs of the congregation. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Hixson Presbyterian on this important project. The request to change the occupancy from Assembly A-3 to Education III – B is a significant milestone in the completion of this project. This change reflects our team’s dedication and commitment to meeting our client’s specific needs. We thank Hixson Presbyterian for choosing Robert Roberts LLC for this project. We are excited to see how these new spaces will benefit the congregation and look forward to continuing our partnership in the future.

Simpson Properties

The Simpson Properties Distribution Warehouse included the construction of a pre-engineered metal building of approximately 5,767 square feet and all site improvements. It will be the new home of Tennessee Business Enterprises (TBE). The TBE offers vocational training and employment opportunities for individuals who are legally blind. The mission of the program is to provide high-quality products and customer service while maximizing employment and economic opportunities for legally blind individuals. This new structure has office and restroom facilities and hosts large open areas to allow for the free movement of personnel and equipment.

South Pittsburg Storage

Located in South Pittsburg TN, this Public Storage is a 2-story climate controlled 30,638 sq. ft. self-storage facility consisting of 174 storage units. South Pittsburg Storage selected Robert Roberts LLC for this project to efficiently develop their concept and meet project cost, quality, and timeline requirements. Our team gathered the resources necessary to achieve their goals and once again, demonstrated that our commitment to deliver and provide added value to our clients through effective teamwork.

Crabtree Self Storage

Crabtree Self Storage in Hixson, TN is a 22,500 square foot, storage unit facility. From start to finish this project took around 8 months to complete.

Hamilton County EMS Station #15

Hamilton County EMS #15 project included a new 2,936 square foot building.

Hamilton County EMS new facility provides the comforts of home as well as the tools for work. The new construction consists of restful sleeping quarters, equipment storage, bathroom facilities and locker/changing rooms for both men and women. We hope the new EMS station will act as an operational home base for paramedics to provide exceptional Emergency Medical Services to our citizens.

Woodland Park Church Youth Center Build-Out

The Woodland Park Church project consisted of a complete finish build-out of a 15,000 square foot space within the existing church to accommodate a new Youth Center. This consisted of 15 private meeting rooms, 2 congregation rooms, vestibule, restroom, lounge, gameroom and a cafe.

Robert Roberts LLC and team coordinated with the Architect and Church to deliver a finished product the Youth Ministry and the Church could be proud of and enjoy for years to come.

The work scope included complete finishing of all existing bare framed walls, all flooring, painting, decorative glass, casework, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC.

Silverdale-North Ooltewah Baptist Classroom Addition

Robert Roberts is extremely proud of the completed addition of four classrooms, office spaces, and outdoor playground at Berean Academy located in Hixson, Tennessee. We appreciate Joey Harmon and his team for the opportunity to bring their vision to reality.

Berean Academy Preschool Addition

Robert Roberts is honored to take part in the growth of Cleveland Utilities and appreciates the opportunity to construct their complete office renovation including millwork and cabinetry, solid surface countertops, new Lexan panels separating employees from customers, new carpet tiles, and minor electrical modifications.

Flywheel Corporate Offices

Robert Roberts LLC recently completed the new corporate offices for Flywheel Brands. The new structure, located at 2111 Hamill Road is a wood framed, masonry and glass structure.

The masonry details, including columns, rowlocks, soldier courses and radiuses, will set this structure apart from others in the area. The interior features a modern finish with both open and high ceilings. Floor finishes include polished concrete floors, carpets and luxury vinyl tiles combined with interior glass to create a very open and inviting appeal.

Project Timeline: October 2018 – August 2019

Lee Highway Retail Center

In 2018 the Baldwin Piano store located at 6209 Lee Highway was destroyed by a fire. The owner, The Pryor Bacon Company, contracted with Robert Roberts LLC to replace damage caused with a new building over the footprint of the existing structure.

The new retail property is a steel and masonry construction with more than 8,000 square feet of usable space across the two floors. Plumbing and lighting updates were also addressed.

St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal

Robert Roberts, LLC broke ground in September 2019 for the construction and renovations at St Francis of Assisi. This renovation included the addition of a fellowship hall with a new kitchen and serving area. Extension of the nave, which featured stone quarried from Jerusalem installed on the back wall. New bathrooms and new fixtures and finishes throughout completely revitalized the Nave and Narthax.

The Daily Refresh

Robert Roberts, LLC offers a range of services to deliver projects with attention to our clients’ quality standards, schedules, and budget. Then we collaborate with talented Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to bring that vision to life. The Daily Refresh’s new set was one project where we were able to construct and meet the needs of our client ensuring the stage would be accessible to be moved back and forth.

This set had some restrictions; however, we were able to accommodate those by making sure the floor broke into sections and walls were hinged to be broken down, along with ensuring the stage was at the correct height for the client’s cameras. There are three main options available regarding how we work with our clients, one thing is consistent across all: We are here for every step of the process to be your partner and experienced advisor as the renovation or new construction comes to fruition.
